I know what it's like to feel stuck. I came from a restaurant and bar background where I worked three jobs and paid my rent 14 days late every single month.
I wasn't the type of person who always knew they were meant for that one thing. But, there were a few things that I did know: I wanted to be able to work from my laptop at home or wherever I was, I wanted to travel, and I wanted to create a life that I could feel proud to wake up and live.
I searched for work-from-home jobs and tried network marketing (which can be lucrative but wasn't really my jam), some other kinda shady online stuff (NOT what you're thinking)... and then I landed my first Virtual Assistant role with an online business coach in 2011.
Landing that first gig felt great - I had years of experience in customer service, so I could be an assistant! What I didn't know at the time was how much this was going to change my life.
I went from that first VA gig, where I was earning $9 per hour working with one client, to working with multiple clients and consistently bringing in $6,000-8,000 per month. Considering most companies give raises at up to 3% per year, this jump was a huge win for me.
In 2015, I decided to scale my business and I now have a Launch Strategy Agency with a consistent multi-client workload, six-figure income, a six-person team (not including myself), and years of experience and industry knowledge.
I was able to achieve my dream life of moving around the country, from Missouri, to Hawaii, to California, to Florida, and eventually back home to my family and friends in Kansas City (but on my own terms!). My job didn't stop me from truly living. And I love seeing people achieve their dreams while they make what they are WORTH.
But it didn't come easy. I took the hard way, spending years figuring it all out, taking years to grow, and working with nightmare clients. It's my mission to help people who are looking for change to create their dream life in less time and with less stress.
I've been there. I've gone through it. But I don't consider myself a "coach", I'm a business strategist.
I'm more like a business partner and biz bestie who helps you to grow in the way that feels amazing to you.

How does the program work?
This program is completely online and hosted through a membership portal. Once you sign up, you will receive a username and password to log in. You will be able to access your first module immediately upon sign up, and each week a new module will be released.
You can work through each module on your own time, the program is self-paced. If you need to spend more time on certain areas, feel free to before you move on. There is no getting behind, do the work and put in the time, on your own time.
How much time do I need to commit?
The modules will take you around ~20-30 minutes per lesson. Applying the lessons to your life may take a bit longer. I would recommend setting aside 4-5 hours a week to work through the program and see what you need from there.
Again, this program can go at your own pace as well. However, if you want to get moving NOW, block in those 4-5 hours now. And, good news? You can pick ANY 4-5 hours you want and break them up however you'd like. #freedomlife
I'm worried about the investment. Should I wait to sign up?
I understand it can be hard to make an investment, and if you feel like you shouldn't or can't, I will not try to talk you into spending money you don't want to or simply can't spend. I'm here to help you, not pressure you into a sale (not my style).

Freelancers can easily range from $500/m just extra income to $5K-10K+/month full-time (or less/more).
I will not promise you anything, because what you make is up to:
1) if you're looking for part- or full-time projects
2) the work you're willing to put in
3) how much you're willing to learn
4) how great you want to become at your offers
5) what specialty skills you want to add to your services
Your income is up to you and this program does not guarantee you any income.
How is this program different than other programs?
Not only have I built a six-figure freelance business myself, successfully paying a team of 4-6 people at a time and creating careers for others along the way... I've also been the key person for hiring in several other online businesses throughout my career.
My methods aren't just my opinion, they have been proven to be what the online industry looks for when hiring. That means that I know not just what I do/ how I've found success, but what other entrepreneurs and businesses look for in their team.
And lastly, I've personally hired Virtual Assistants who have gone through other programs in the past, and they simply weren't ready to jump right in and work.

Can I cancel at any time?
We are big believers in honoring your commitments when you start a business. And because of that, we do not offer refunds or cancellation requests.
However, if you feel that you are struggling or need help even after you have gone through all of the modules, you are welcome to stay in the group community and ask questions/ get support for as long as you need.

If you’re wondering, “Why would I want to try to build my own biz again after that?”... I know how hard it is to feel like you've been there, done that, so why should you try again?

Are my skills worthy of starting my own biz?
Oh honey, yes they are! I was a server, how could I be a biz owner? The skills you already have are NEEDED... whatever they are!
There are so many ways you can market your biz that can align with what you can already do, but I do suggest learning more and growing your services in our VIP Method so that you feel confident in your offers. I got you!
Do I need to take a training program to be a freelancer?
You do not have to take a course, hire a coach, or do any type of formal training or programs. You can always just start applying for jobs and work to find entrepreneurs who are willing to train you.
BUT, a program can help you to earn more when you're first starting, have more confidence in your skills and ability, and land the high-end clients you want to work with faster.
I had no training when I first started, I just had a customer service background, so I know it's possible to figure it all out yourself. But it took me four years to feel truly confident as a VA and earn an income that actually paid the bills… once I finally said ENOUGH, I went from $9-$12/ hour to six figures.
I see lots of new business owners unnecessarily struggling. Simply put, unless you have experience working with online entrepreneurs that are your dream clients, paying your ideal rate, and that you have retained as long-term clients… proven solutions can do nothing but help you.
MOST entrepreneurs prefer to hire experienced freelancers because they're busy and don't have the time to train. Also, most entrepreneurs simply don't KNOW what we know. Their skills are usually not admin/ tech/ social, etc.
